IMPACT was formed as a response to the desire for networking of youth pastors/youth leaders from Madison County area churches.

IMPACT currently brings together youth pastors/youth leaders in the county from all denominations. The group is welcoming to people from all faiths.

The group has held three very successful networking dinners.

Both MCP and ACT For Youth support the work of the group.
